1. About Mahalaxmi Polymer

Mahalaxmi Polymer is a direct manufacturing business owned and operated by Vikas Bansal and Ashok Bansal. Our manufacturing facility is located at I-276, Sector-3, Bawana Industrial Area, New Delhi — 110039, India. We manufacture food-grade, BPA-free PET preforms, jars, bottles, and related packaging products for bulk B2B supply across India.

2. Use of This Website

This website is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) trade enquiries, product information, and bulk purchase communications. By using this website, you represent that:

You are a business entity, buyer, procurement officer, or authorised representative of a company

You will use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws

3. Product Enquiries and Orders

3.1 Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or phone does not constitute a confirmed order. All enquiries are subject to availability, production capacity, and formal order confirmation by Mahalaxmi Polymer.

3.2 Quotations

Pricing and product quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, logistics, and market conditions. No quotation constitutes a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3.3 Sample Approval

Before bulk order production, physical samples are dispatched for buyer approval. Production commences only after the buyer confirms the sample in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Mahalaxmi Polymer is not liable for any claims arising from bulk orders placed without prior sample approval.

3.4 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order (PO) from the buyer and acceptance of the same by Mahalaxmi Polymer, along with payment terms as mutually agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each client and documented in the quotation or purchase order. Standard terms may include advance payment, partial payment on dispatch, or credit terms for established clients. Mahalaxmi Polymer reserves the right to hold or cancel production in case of payment delays. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Product Specifications and Quality

5.1 Material Standards

All PET preforms and jars manufactured by Mahalaxmi Polymer use virgin food-grade PET resin that is BPA-free and aligned with FSSAI safety standards. We do not use recycled or blended material in food-contact products.

5.2 Batch Consistency

We follow documented quality control processes including weight checks, dimensional inspections, clarity verification, and gate integrity assessment for every production batch. Specifications are maintained as per the agreed sample.

5.3 Tolerances

Minor dimensional tolerances are inherent in the manufacturing process. These are within industry-accepted limits and do not constitute a defect unless they materially impair the product’s performance for its intended use.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated at the time of order confirmation and are subject to production schedules, raw material availability, and logistics. Mahalaxmi Polymer will endeavour to dispatch within the agreed timeline; however, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, transportation disruptions, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility. Title to goods passes upon full payment. The buyer is responsible for arranging insurance for goods in transit unless otherwise agreed.

7. Returns, Defects, and Claims

7.1 Inspection

The buyer must inspect all goods within 7 (seven) days of receipt and notify Mahalaxmi Polymer in writing of any defects, shortages, or non-conformance within that period. Claims raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

7.2 Defective Goods

If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection and mutual agreement, Mahalaxmi Polymer will, at its discretion, replace the defective goods or issue a credit note. No refunds will be provided for goods that have been further processed, used, or altered by the buyer.

7.3 Exclusions

Mahalaxmi Polymer will not be liable for defects arising from improper storage, transportation damage not attributable to us, use outside recommended parameters, or failure to follow blow-moulding guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and written material — belongs exclusively to Mahalaxmi Polymer. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahalaxmi Polymer’s total liability to any buyer or website user — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant purchase order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational loss.

10. Force Majeure

Mahalaxmi Polymer shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, strikes, pandemics, raw material shortages, or transportation failures. We will notify the buyer promptly and resume supply as soon as reasonably practicable.

11. Confidentiality

Any pricing information, product specifications, trade terms, or business information shared between Mahalaxmi Polymer and the buyer during the course of enquiry or supply shall be treated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any transaction conducted through this website, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. Amendments

Mahalaxmi Polymer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be published on our website with the effective date. Continued use of this website or engagement with us after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
