Liquor Neck Preforms
Heavy-duty, food-grade PET preforms designed for liquor, spirits, and premium beverage bottles. Available in two neck sizes — 29mm and 36mm — with multiple weight options to produce bottles that look good on the shelf and hold up through filling, sealing, and transport.

From preform to finished liquor bottle
Preforms are checked for weight, height, and neck finish quality before packing and dispatch from Bawana, New Delhi.
The preform body is reheated in your blow moulding machine. The neck finish remains unheated and stays dimensionally stable.
A stretch rod extends the preform while high-pressure air shapes it into the bottle mould — producing thick, sturdy walls.
The bottle is ejected, cooled, and ready for filling with spirits, capping with a liquor closure, and labelling.
How it works
Frequently Asked Questions
The 29mm neck is a narrower finish typically used for standard spirits bottles — whisky, rum, and similar. The 36mm neck has a wider opening and is used for bottles that require a larger pourer, wax seal, or decorative stopper-style closure. The right choice depends on the cap or closure you are using on your filling line. If you are unsure, share your closure type with us and we will confirm which neck size to order.
Liquor bottles need thicker walls for several reasons — they need to look premium on shelf, withstand the handling and transport demands of spirits distribution, and in some states meet specific weight requirements under excise regulations. A heavier preform produces a bottle with more material in the wall, which gives the finished bottle its characteristic weight and feel.
Yes. PET is chemically resistant to ethanol and is widely used for spirits and IMFL bottling in India. These preforms are made from virgin, BPA-free, food-grade PET resin and are safe for use with alcohol-based products.
Heavier preforms mean fewer pieces fit within the same bag weight, so the pcs per kg count drops as the preform weight increases. The packaging count (15, 20, or 25 pcs per bag) is also set for practical handling on the production floor. Always refer to the Pcs/Kg column in the spec table when calculating your order quantity.
